	2009-09-09	live On 09.09.09, following their performance in the 2007 dialogues festival, Icarus return to Edinburgh to help the festival celebrate its 10th anniversary and its new residency in Edinburgh's first dedicated digital art venue. It will be the first chance to test out the unique loudspeaker configurations and also work out where to the put the performers and the audience in this new space. The live set will be accompanied by a specially commissioned film by Martin Hampton, support acts tbc.

	2008-03-29	icarus_news If you are in Paris on the 29th March, from 22:30 - 00:30, Black Sifichi will be broadcasting a 2 hour Icarus special for his Audiometric show on Aligre 93.1 FM. The show takes you on a journey from our first record, Kamikaze, released in 1998 all the way up to our latest release, Sylt, from 2007. Audiometric is also re-broadcast in Nantes, Montpelier and Limoges.

	2007-09-05	live Icarus will be supporting Caribou at Bardens Boudoir on September 5th, helping launch their interstellar tour which is apparently scheduled to last for at least a year, although current listings obviously deny such excess... good luck!

	2006-12-03	sam_news On Sunday 3rd December, Sam will be playing a concert with Maurizio Ravalico and Lothar Ohlmeier at the Vortex in Dalston as part of the F-ire collective's weekend festival. The concert also marks the release of 'Five Loose Plans', a documentary record of the duo's first meeting in 2005.

	2006-11-10	icarus_news On November 8th, 9th and 10th we are organising a special free event at the Shunt Arches in London Bridge showcasing the new collaborations that we have been working on with trumpeter Tom Arthurs and percussionist Maurizio Ravalico from the F-IRE collective, and bass clarinetist Lothar Ohlmeier, with film improvisation by Squint and Brittski. We will be joined by some very special guest performers, including AMM, group improvisations from Interlace and ONGAKU:enjoy_sound, Olivier Pé and David Casal.
